This summer you will enjoy a different challenge. Abiha and Starla have selected some interesting titles from our library, and they are proposing different activities for you to do.

You do not need to read all the books from the list below. Just select as many as you desire.
You do not need to do all the activities proposed in the list. Just submit one or even two for each title you read.
Do not force yourself to read a book if this one does not interest you, or you are not enjoying it. Select another one, and submit the activities.

Questions for a PEE Paragraph:
What are the main themes and how are they portrayed throughout the book?
What are the main personality traits of *character of your choice*?
How is the plot of the book developed?

Please, submit your paragraph using the Google Form we have created.
Just click on the Google Form: write your name, select the grade you will be next year and the title of the book you have selected for the PEE Paragraph.
Then select the question or the questions you want using the PEE paragraph model.
Make a comic strip about what happens after the story finishes. Use pictures, colours and you can even add your own characters.
You can do it manually or you can use any App and share your comic strip with us.

This can be done through a video or handwritten. Make sure to include the name of the book, the author, how many stars out of 5 you would rate it, a short summary of the book, your opinion and whether you would recommend it to others.
You can try to start your own private channel as a Booktuber!

It can be either about your opinion of the book and you could inform people what the book was about or the poster could be kind of like a promotional poster- it could promote and tell people why they should read the book and what it is about.
You can choose a specific scene and then write a diary entry about how your character felt during that particular moment, or You can do one long diary entry or even a couple of short ones- it is completely up to you.
Be creative with your entries and also add the date and who it is written by.
If the book is a love story, you could create a painting representing love, for example.
Or you could choose a part of the book that has a lot of descriptions and draw out. You can even draw one of the characters or whatever the setting evokes to you.
What about a sculpture? A photo composition? Be creative.
Do not forget to write your name, grade, the title of the book, and a little description of your work.

A group of teachers will evaluate your work and decide who are the two winners of the first Fairgreen Summer Reading Challenge for MYP.
